What is your return policy?

  • We offer a 15 day Return Policy for all items purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or the product is defective/damaged, please contact us to initiate a return.
  • Items must be in their original condition and with all tags attached.

Do you offer free shipping?
  • We offer free shipping on orders over 150. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be charged.

Do you ship internationally?
  • We are committed to providing excellent service to all of our customers. However, due to logistical and operational constraints, we are currently only able to ship our products within the European zone. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will continue to review and update our shipping policies in the future.

 

     How do I track my order?

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

     

    How long does it take for my order to arrive?

    How long before I can receive my order?
    The processing time for orders is 72 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time is 2–3 days within Europe. Please bear in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
