Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We really hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return an item, please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or initiate the returning process here. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not in Europe, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statements, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
